Valentine’s Day was a holiday I found very silly but since having my son I love it as I love all chances to celebrate, do crafts, and take fun pictures. For holiday fun this year we made cup cakes and I let my toddler do most of the work he really enjoyed that, he loves doing things like a grown-up and why would he not after all he is just a tiny human. As I have two very tiny humans we used box cup cake mix today but only because we still had one on hand next time we are making them from scratch. We tried out a few ways to make it slightly less messy for my toddler I tried putting the batter in a funnel that was messy, then in a squeeze bottle which worked ok but we are still looking for the best solution. We made some a bit of a mess but we had fun doing it and the tiny cupcakes are the perfect amount for a toddler! Hope you are spending your day of love doing fun things with those you love.
